KORY PITKAVISH
Born and raised in the Pittsburgh suburb of Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, Kory would go on to attend Robert Morris University for Video Production. During this time, he would develop his initial drive and creativity shooting music videos and concerts for local and touring artists in the hip hop community in the greater Pittsburgh area. This would eventually lead to a post college move to Los Angeles, California, where Kory would start his career. He would go on to spend 3 years as the personal and touring videographer/photographer for the Good Music signed hip hop artist Desiigner. This would lead to touring work with other artists such as Steve Aoki, Riff Raff, and Scotty Sire. While continuing to direct music videos, Kory would go on to shoot/direct content for YouTube personalities, Liza Koshy, Elton Castee, Zane Hijazi, and Bruce Wiegner. Additionally, Kory has worked for HBO Marketing as the Director of photography for the, "Behind the Scenes”, of HBO’s EUPHORIA and The Idol, as well as operating on the comedy specials of Matt Rife.
Currently Kory resides back in Pittsburgh, remaining bi-coastal in his work, as he finishes up his feature directorial debut, the documentary “24: Survive to Drive”.
